xport–Import Transactions

Exporting and importing goods raises a myriad of legal issues that must be considered by the exporter or importer. These include the contract for the sale or purchase of the goods, the contract for carriage of the goods, delivery terms, financing of the transaction, documentation requirements, and regulatory matters.
