Intellectual Property Protection & Licensing
One of the most important assets a firm has is its intellectual property. A
failure to protect IP assets will lead to lost revenue. IP protection can be
achieved in a variety of ways including governmental registration, contractual
arrangements, and regulatory enforcement. In addition to using IP assets
internally to generate revenue, IP licensing and franchise relationships are
